A job search website for employers and employees in the Czech Republic where the employers can post their vacancies and the employees - their resume. The website has rather sophisticated workflows which are customized and allow to change business logic.
to implement the multilingualism to make it possible to use the site for users from different countries (in Ukrainian, Russian and Czech languages);
to provide the ability to translate messages for chats and to make it easy for users to communicate;
there are different flows on the site for employers and employees, that are sometimes intertwined, and sometimes completely different, so when new functionality is being created this has to be taken into account and requires extra time;
to develop an attractive UX/UI design of the website that will help it to become the most relevant platform for job searching in a particular region;
to create a chat where the employer and employee can discuss all necessary questions to minimize the influence of intermediaries;
to create a sufficiently secure platform.
The main challenge was to identify real functional necessities for the most appropriate work of the portal: to consider the work for each new functionality for two profiles (roles of employer & employee). Whereas a part of the functionality is intertwined between roles, it was necessary to think carefully about all cases where one functionality exists purely for a specific role
